Description: SFN (Stratifin), also called 14-3-3 Sigma, is a p53-induced tumor suppressor gene which is activated in response to DNA damage, causing cell cycle arrest at G2 phase by blocking cdc2-cyclin B1 complex from entering the nucleus.
